Overview
Lulada is a location based fitness marketplace connecting coaches and fitness enthusiasts across Germany and Spain for outdoor workout sessions. Built entirely solo, from the first line of code to launch on both the App Store and Google Play. 1 engineer, 2 platforms, 3 languages, live in 2 countries.

Engineering
Under the hood
Built in Flutter and Dart with Clean Architecture and Bloc for state management, backed by Firebase covering authentication, real time data, cloud storage and push notifications. As co founder and CTO, full ownership of every decision from architecture and product through delivery, TestFlight distribution and store submission on both platforms.
